I was so disappointed with what happened to my daughter today at Dizzys. The owner was extremely rude in defense to me over the phone because I told her I was going to report the behavior of her staff to YP. I have never had an owner become so disrespectful. The lady refused to hear me try to inform her of the issue with her staff. It was not her to begin with, but now I know why her staff feels that they can treat certain people the way they want. Today is my birthday. I decided to come to Dizzy's which has been my favorite restaurant for years! I'm 26. I was extremely disappointed by the service I received from a waiter in which I've never seen there before. I overlooked the fact that he gave me a Plastic Shopping Bag to put my leftover chips in, but I got mildly frustrated when I finally received my entree and it was not at all what I asked for.
