Booked this company to complete a full day job and cleared our schedules for the day so we could be home for it. We were advised the electrician would arrive between 8-9am. We locked our pets away to be out of the electrician's way and waited... and waited... and waited... He never showed up and after MULTIPLE follow up calls on our behalf when we were told over and over that he was on his way and would be there shortly, we were advised at 11:30am; 4.5 hours later and after having to call them ourselves AGAIN, that they got ... read more
