How fun is this place. So normally we go to kids club cause it's closer but I have to say, Dizzy Castle is pretty great. It is much quieter and the food is good. The staff is so nice!! The kids have so many things to do and it's a safe entrance in and out which i appreciate so much. We will be returning here instead of KC!
Called and booked a party for the under the sea room when we got there they stuck us in the pirate room and said we had booked that room online. Well that’s weird because we called to book the room and never did anything online. The whole bday theme was around the under the sea room and they stuck us in a pirate room. Unprofessional especially to blame us when I know exactly how I booked and who I talked to.
