They are closed without any notifications, my mother was waiting for her hearing ad and she never got it.. Doctor nor staff informed anything
Getting very frustrated with these people. I took my mother in for hearing test and to order the hearing aid almost three weeks ago. All went well folks are very nice, got great care. But they lack un follow through and follow up. We where told we would get a call to place the order for the hearing aid the following week, it will be three weeks tomorrow and no call. I called this office multiple times finally spoke with a lady three days ago whom said would have someone call me back and still nothing. No I have left two mess... read more
