Diya has the best customer service that I have experienced. This was my first time having a waxing service with vajacial and she mad it a very relaxing experience. She uses quality products and made me feel so at ease since I was very nervous it would be painful but she ensured me every step of the way and it turned out to be a very pleasurable experience. She even put a mask on at the end and scrub to reduce swelling. I will definitely be back again! Highly recommended!

My sisters and I have been coming to this salon for over 5 years and hands down, one of the best threading salons I’ve ever been to. The women who work there are courteous and professional; listening attentively to what you want and actually following through with it; and if something seems like it can’t be done, they’re honest and tell you and you both work towards figuring things out. I was so satisfied and I really wish I can return but unfortunately I don't live in the area ☹️. I was only fortunate because I had something to in the Bronx. My eyebrows came out fantastic! Too bad I did not get her name! Good service! ☺️
