Easy to deal with. Everything arrived on time as promised and the quality of equipment they include is much better than other pool kits. Could not find a better price anywhere else. Highly recommend Kerry and Danielle.
Would not use them again currently in legal proceedings against them. 2 weeks before pool was due to be delivered increased the price of the pool and forced us to accept the new price even tho we had a contract. Only giving us 24 hours to accept the new price in knowledge that we would have to reschedule every tradesperson knowing that we would not be able to find a new pool only just over a week prior to installation . We bought a complete fibreglass pool set up including pump, heater and chlorinator ftom DIY Pools. Kerry was awesome to deal with. Gave us great advice on which products best suit our needs. Made everything very simple. Price was better then the manufacturer and anyone else i got a quote from. Kerry is a very knowledgeable person with heaps of experience. Delivered pool and products when promised. I would highly recommend anyone buying a pool to speak with Kerry from DIY Pools and you can't go wrong. Best choice we made.
