I was really disappointed with DIY Studio. They never explained the details about a proper timeline for when the piece would be ready.When I came back to pick up my mug, they said it was already disposed of, and on top of that, the manager didn’t offer any help or resolution. Went here on May 2nd, Stood at the cash waiting to be served ( run the bell as stated ) and the staff still sat out back texting, thank god weve been there before because they did not explain a single thing to us! Went back up to get something to eat, yet again stood around waiting for service as all the workers out back had a conversation about their lifes ( that we should definatly not be hearing about ) … the workers were snarky and not helpful! i asked for a green bush and it was like it was the end of the world for the ... read more

Great spot to spend a few hours for people of all ages! They have a large seating area, I've been a few times when it was busy and never had any trouble finding a spot to sit. There is a great selection of items that you can paint, smaller items like mugs or figurines, and some larger ones as well like serving dishes or planters. The staff are super helpful and will explain the process, and will even come check on you in case you might have any questions.
