We moved out of our unit, 5 days before the 1st. Understanding we did not put in the full 10 day notice, expecting to get, at the least, prorated for the additional 5 days. But we got charged for the entire month and are paying on an empty unit. Not good business practice. At least, I don’t think so.
Top choice for me for all storage needs. Quick responses from team and reasonable people.
