Owners are very understanding and work with you to figure out how to assemble. Kits are well made good hardwood and customer service is outstanding.
Assembling and installing 28 DIY plantation shutters gives me a lot of hands-on experience with DIY and Chris. He’s aces in helping me with my orders, changes, and fixing my mistakes. True to their word, without reservation, DIY solved every problem I had to get the perfect fit. Three key points: 1) quality materials; 2) terrific look; and 3) total reliability. Plus, five stars for communicating: Chris is always accessible and totally responsive to my inquiries and requests.
This company needs to learn how to communicate with their clients. I was promised they’d be shipped by a certain date. A week and a half after the shutters were supposed to ship I called the company (my previous email/phone call went ignored). “Oh, we had problems with the suppliers so things are behind”. Fine, but it’s the business’ responsibility to let the customer know. They knew my situation.
