Placed my order back on 9/27, credit card was charged but never receieved a confirmation email and the manual still hasn't arrived. Have tried contacting them via their contact form with no response. Called and left voice mail to call me back and never received a return call.
They sent the wrong manual, they said if I sent it back they would ship the correct one once they received it. It’s been over month since they received the manual I sent back, when I called them they said I had to provide tracking information, which I did. They said they would call me the next morning to discuss getting the correct manuals sent. They never called and now they won’t answer or return my calls.

I ordered a manual on March 2 never got an order confirmation. Called a week later and they told me it had been shipped on the 5th and would have it in a week. The manual still didn't show up so i called again and they said there was delays in the shipping. Im in north dakota they're in Iowa i shouldn't take that long so i asked if they forgot to ship it and he said no it was shipped. 3 hours after the call i got an email confirmation that my order was finally processed.
