The mechanic told me that the starter for 2009 Honda Odyssey cost 450$ when it cost 160$. He told me he ordered his part at CAPS. I went to CAPS and bought the same starter at 160$. I told him that for any business, never mislead the customer. Always be honest. Before, he told me that I had to pay 550$ tax inclusive. When I came with my starter, I ended up paying $ 160. Great to have this one remaining DIY shop space. Very reasonable rates, have most tools and 2 hoists. I go here when I can, trying to contribute my support to ensure they stay in business. Norm is very knowledgeable. UPDATE from previous review, and new rating. Since the previous review, multiple people after Norm passed have taken turns at running the place. The current guy is arrogant, mouthy, and a complete jerk. I can no longer support this business. Hope you have a better experience if you choose to proceed.
Full service garage as well! We decided to ask John to do all the work and this is the only garage in the area I would recommend. John is awesome. He is a very experienced mechanic and fair and honest! He did brake work for me, but also generously pointed out other things it needed.

This is the second year I've been coming here to do all the work on my car, and always had a good time. Has all the tools I need.
