I've been trying to call this guy for a week. It's frustrating when you rely on a service to fix your car and they hang you up to dry. If you're on vacation you should put up a notice or change the voicemail message.
AVOID THIS PLACE I had an extremely disappointing experience with D.I.Y Garage, specifically with the owner, John. I visited earlier in the day and everything was fine, I was trying to have a laugh with him even but when I came back later, it was like dealing with a completely different person. I had a really bad experience at DIY Garage. The customer service was very poor — staff were not helpful and seemed like they didn’t care at all. I had to wait a long time and no one properly explained anything. Overall, it was frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone
