Ignore all the bad reviews, had a great time at DIY garage Ottawa today. Super friendly and helpful staff, got the job I needed to do done in an hour, and even a few helpful points from the on site mechanic and no hidden or extra fees. What a great idea for a business, if you can do something yourself but don’t have the space to do it, come here!
Probably the worst customer service in town. Owner is super rude and not helpful.
J’aurais mis zéro étoile si c’était possible. Avec Le gars appelé john C’était la pire expérience et une arnaque. Après l’heure de fermeture, je lui ai demandé quelques minutes pour ramasser mes affaires. Il n’arrêtait pas de m’insulter et de me mettre la pression. Il a même menacé de me charger une heure supplémentaire pour ça.
Went in optimistic that most of the negative reviews were people expecting a "diy garage" to be anything but, however, most of them were fairly accurate to my experience. Booked a 1h slot from 2-3pm. Finished my work at 2:59pm and took maybe two minutes to clean up and return all my tools. Expected to pay and leave immediately but the owner was nowhere to be found.
