I went in to the shop today and it was very helpful. FIrstly the name DIY DO IT YOURSELF pretty straight forward So yes you need to install yourself and they tell you this right away. If you can't say something nice don't. I spoke with a lovely lady who was honest and helpful and not pushy like other sales people. The selection is great. This place is great for people who are handy with their hands and understand it's a cabinet place. I was so inspired after meeting your staff that I am definitely going to use them.
I received impeccable service from DIY Cabinet Warehouse, in particular from Christine B. who is the Designer Advisor. She was incredibly thorough and attentive, gave excellent advice, was quick to respond and within a few days I realized working with her was so much better and easier than to go elsewhere. Can't say enough good things about the excellent service we received. Vivian took the time to study and understand our plans, refined them with us and worked within our tight timeline. She provided a complete binder with beautifully detailed 3D plans that were great for us and our contractor.
