I chose Dixon’s because I needed an oil change before leaving town and had heard good things. Unfortunately, my experience left me disappointed due to the way the pricing was handled. When I arrived, I was initially quoted around $65. Before the work began, the owner recalculated the estimate and told me it would actually be about $74. I was having issues trying to find someone to help mount and balance some tire I purchased last minute. A coworker suggested Dixon. They did not disappoint. Pulled up just to see if they could squeeze me in today. Great customer service had no issues with the task I needed completed and was eager to assist. I ran home got what I need and they jumped right in. I was in and out in 30 minutes. They even had the cutest little shop dog to keep me company.
