ZERO STARS. Totally unacceptable. Went today to pick up a van we rented ages ago. Van door won’t close but sent us on our way. Went back for another van and they gave us a SUV. We have 6 people travelling with a ton of stuff which is why we rented a van. I am beyond annoyed. Last year we rented from them and the vehicle was filthy and full of sand. Never cleaned. Should have learned our lesson. Do NOT use!
