I live in Radford va. I stopped here because I needed an oil change, a tpms rest, and wiper blades. This place being a mechanics shop I was worried how long it would take to get me back on the road. Dixon's Automotive (Ashland) Rating: 1 Star This shop lacks professional integrity. Across two visits, their negligence caused both mechanical failure and physical damage to my vehicle, including stress fractures in my bumper. Despite admitting fault, they are now reneging on the agreement to pay for the $1,538.05 repair. The lack of ethics here is systemic.
