Great place ran by no nonsense old men!! This one was funny because I went into brakes plus to get an alignment after replacing everything single part on the front end every bushing gear box the whole nine yard so naturally the vehicle needed an alignment I was told parts are worn and need new one all but turned me away but Dixons got me in at 11am told me it would be done at 1pm and I show back up at 12:30 to the exact bill I was promised and they got it done before they even took lunch Wonderful old school place go visit t... read more
They are so friendly and very honest did a great job on my car. The owner is a very friendly and honest.
Honest and straightforward people! I would highly recommend them. Came to Oklahoma to visit my mother from out of state. Had trouble trying to find a place in the surrounding Oklahoma area that could do an alignment on my van. They literally stopped what they were doing to assess my needs. So much as I scheduled an appointment for the following day to get more work done on my van.
Sorry to say that I dropped off my truck to have the passenger side wheel bearings change on a Tuesday and had to wait 2 days for the bearings to get there and then they didn't call me to let me know that they needed a specific tool to change out the old ones. I had to have my truck and ask them because the hub was sitting in a vice to put it back on my truck . They charged me $275.00 for labor that took less than 15 minutes to take off then put back on.
