For years now I have only purchased my onion starts from Dixondale. The quality of the onions no matter the variety is superb, and their price can't be beat! Only onions I'll ever plant Dixondale!
Love Dixondale Farms! After goofing up our onion plants and using incorrect drying methods for a few years, these farmers have taught us the correct ways to grow and cure our onion crop!! Experience is your best teacher in gardening!!
I have bought my onions from a lot of different companies over the years. I thought they were all the same. Boy was I wrong. I will never purchase from anyone else ever again.
This is the 4th year that I have ordered from Dixondale Farms, and have yet to be disappointed. Was everything perfect? NO but If there is a problem they are eager to make it right asap. I have never had a co with so much emphases on making sure the customer is happy. I would say if anyone has a negative review of this co they probably did not give them a chance to correct the problem.
Cold, damp and bone-chilling day. Ron made a pot of onion soup - still using the onions we harvested late last summer. It was soooo good! Still also using them in other cooking and on sandwiches and in salads. Was a good year.
We love your onion plants. My hubby gets excited when onions come so he can get out there and grow them big. He's almost 80 and pretty cribbed up but loves working in his garden and especially his onion patch. He always tells me in the winter time you better get those onions ordered and some fertilizer. Have a AWESOME day.
