I want to give a huge thank you to Kellvin, a service driver with Dixon Trucking! Kelvin was absolute top-tier from start to finish. He arrived promptly, maintained total professionalism, and went above and beyond by taking the extra time to carefully plan and arrange the drop-off location. His thoughtfulness ensured everything was left safely and conveniently for us. Outstanding service—thanks again, Kellvin!

These guys contract with Floor&Decor and were supposed to deliver my flooring. They F'd up THREE TIMES, and I almost did not get my installation done. Installation group called and told me that they would handle the pickup THEMSELVES and that's how it got done. When I called, first rep did not find my order even though I had it printed out in front of me. Also they got my address wrong when my receipt had the correct address. DO NOT USE. IT IS LESS HASSLE TO PICK UP THE STUFF YOURSELF THAT'S HOW BAD THEY ARE.

Does bad business. Wouldn't recommend using them. Elsewhere is probably best. Don't see this company lasting too much longer!

Thank you so much for ensuring my delivery arrived on time AND intact! So many third party companies don’t care about their customers but every aspect of this transaction was made with ease. I also appreciate the driver giving me a heads up when they were within a certain timeframe of arriving. Thank you so much!
