No pain at all. Excellent Doctor and staff! The doctor gave me something to numb then a shot and I really did not feel any pain. My tooth feels great!
Held off my third root canal over 2 years due to past experience with root canals done by another dentist. Dr. Dixon was recommended to me by a friend. This friend is very squeamish about dental work and gave Dr. Dixon two thumbs up! I made my appointment and found his facility neat and tidy and Dr. Dixon very professional explaining everything along the way. Well, let's face it, no one EVER wants to hear the words ROOT Canal. So far in my life I have had to have 3 done. Two of them were 6 years ago and the third one was last Tuesday, January 10, 2012. Dr. Dixon did all three of my root canals. Two were regular and one was surgical. He expertly guided my teeth though all the root canals. The other BIG factor is he guided ME through the root canals. Dr Dixon performed a root canal on my bicuspid. It had an extremely long root with a lateral canal' It was virtuallly painless! And I have a very low tolerance of pain!! Dr. Dixon has a very good chairside manner and is very professional and personable. I highly recommend him to anyone experiencing dental pain.
Very friendly and caring doctor and staff. He explained the procedure and was very comforting. I had no pain during or after my treatment. Much better experience than the other root canals I have had.
Very rude to staff and patients. Makes a stressful time even more stessful!
