Loving Our Pool!! Dixon Pool & Spa is the BEST company I have ever dealt with!! Their service and professionalism is to the extreme. When they closed my pool, they not only cleaned it, and closed it as needed, but they blew the leaves off my deck as well! That was above and beyond what I ever expected! Monitor carefully if you use. When Dixon Pool installed by new pool liner they seemed to do a good job, however I did not closely monitor enough and check behind. They dumped all refuse in my yard and organic garden (killed the garden - still not able to use until I dig out and put in raised garden). I also missed they did not install the "liner lock". Run away They built a pool and our house. To make a story short, there is a hole on the lining that they installed and they can't give us a date on when will be fixed. Bad communication (they never call us back and never updated us on what was going on during construction). They were very responsive before we sign the contract. After that was a nightmare...not was, had been a nightmare. Just God knows when they will fix our pool. Don't waste your time or money. Find another company to build your pool read less. HappySwimmin We had our pool put in by Dixon and have been using them for years for water testing and supplies and we couldn't be happier. They've met me after hours for a $5 replacement part and we've never had a challenge with our water testing or our pool, for that matter. I've always found them courteous and knowledgeable
Had me spending lots of money Dixon pools had me spending lots of money on pool chemicals because, they informed me that I had a problem with my water. I took my water sample to another pool company who tested it and found out that I had an algae problem. Once I figured out what to do on my own the algae went away and, I didn't have a problem for the rest of the summer. BEWARE My previous review was deleted after 3 days. Dixon Pool and Spa installed 24 foot round pool which was purchased by me. When pool arrived the day of construction it was NOT the pool I purchased at the store. During construction the skimmer basket was located 25 feet from the pump/filter which should be within 6 feet. Now I have 2 hoses running from the pump/filter to the skimmer/return that are 25 feet long. The pool is not square. The water level on onside of the pool is 2 inches below the liner and directly opposite... read more
NO NO NO DIXON POOL Pool People BEWARE of DIXON POOLS & SPAS they will suck you dry of money tthen say it was the way you did not follow the chemical instruction they gave you. Will I did and ended up with cloudly water from April, 2010 to today after I spent over $1500.00 with them they will NEVER GET ANY MORE. They told me that I have to increase this to get this and this to get this what ever, they said I need a new Sand Fifter and yes I got one from them this will clean your water the next day WRONG two weeks later still... read more
Stay away from Dixon Pool OMG! Where to start? Pat Dixon signed me up on a contract where they could service my pool all summer If I bought all chems from them. The contract quoted a monthly fee for this, she said she would call if any other charges were to be added. She never called, sent chems I did not need, as my lawn building was full, and my bill was always twice or three times the amount quoted in contract. We purchased a filter system for our pool and when we got home we found it was broken due to shipping. We called the store back and the guy working said bring it back and he would exchange it. When we got there, the other guy told us that he could not exchange it because someone was supposed to be coming the next day to purchase the only one he had left in stock, so he could only order us one or give us a refund.
