Choose another orthodontist. My husband and I both had braces growing up and neither of us broke a single bracket. Our kids, who we make sure follow Dixon's very strict eating policy, have brackets come loose in between nearly every check-up. Now Dixon wants to charge us for each issue, which seems like a convenient scheme built around a faulty product. Scheduling is also challenging and inconvenient.
Very very unprofessional the Dr.Dixon! A week after my daughter got her braces, eating only soup for a whole week 5 of them fall off. Today 11/5/25 she had an appointment the assistant ask how they fall off my daughter explain she has been eating carefully, the Dr IGNORED my daughter and keep working on other patients, he came few times back and keep asking to the assistant “what was the story” that’s something happened “ very rude and with attitude.
