I ran over my glasses and wrecked the frames. Brought them in in the morning and he put my lenses in new frames by the afternoon. Fantastic service.
Always friendly and professional, and competent. We travel from almost 80 km away to purchase eyewear for our son and daughter as the products sold here are far superior to anything sold elsewhere.
I wrote this at Dr. Landecker's page thinking it was the main one. Clearly I needed to write it here because Dixon Optical doesn't believe I'm a customer 😒 Here is my original review: First visit was fine. Felt comfortable with optometrist. However, during my second visit, he was visibly angry, and when I refused to let him flip my eyelid because of my phobia, he got angrier and treated me very rudely! Will not be visiting anytime soon!
