I've gotten to know Steven over the last few years and his service is beyond excellent. I have a business trailer that periodically has problems with the bearings. Whenever I have a breakdown at a job, I call him and he usually fixes it the same day. Who does that anymore? He has saved me a lot of money by getting me back on the road ASAP. On top of that, he's just a great guy! If I could give him six stars I would, ha!
Very bad experience. Steve Dixon refused to allow us to take our boat if we questioned his $3300 charges (we went in for yearly maintenance only, then a disastrous 11 weeks.) Slow and unresponsive on numerous texts and calls. 1st trip after the six weeks he kept our boat for maintenance, we were immediately dead in the water (skiff worked before Dixon). I was in a bind late afternoon on Friday.?Steven helped me out without hesitation. A very knowledgeable boat motor technician! Great guy to talk to as well. Super easy to deal with. Very reasonably priced and professional. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending him to any and everyone who needs boat repairs. This is the guy!
Steven went the extra mile to make sure my boat was not going to let me down. He was able to rebuild a major component on my mercury which saved me from having to replace it. Thanks again.
