Very bad experience. Steve Dixon refused to allow us to take our boat if we questioned his $3300 charges (we went in for yearly maintenance only, then a disastrous 11 weeks.) Slow and unresponsive on numerous texts and calls. 1st trip after the six weeks he kept our boat for maintenance, we were immediately dead in the water (skiff worked before Dixon). I was in a bind late afternoon on Friday.?Steven helped me out without hesitation. A very knowledgeable boat motor technician! Great guy to talk to as well. Super easy to deal with. Very reasonably priced and professional. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending him to any and everyone who needs boat repairs. This is the guy!
Steven went the extra mile to make sure my boat was not going to let me down. He was able to rebuild a major component on my mercury which saved me from having to replace it. Thanks again.
I do not ever write reviews but will today. Stephen is an awesome mechanic and an even better person! He knows so much about the engines and was willing to share this knowedge with me as we went over my boat and what all he intended to do. He even helped me with a trailer hitch adjustment that had nthing to do with why I was there. No need to look anywhere else. Give Stephen a call.
