I have been seeing Dr. Dixon (Jared) ever since he came to this clinic (Family Practice Associates) in Benton, AR. I can tell you that he is a genuinely nice man. He makes you feel comfortable and listens to what you have to say. He is very personable and is easy to establish a good relationship with. Failed to find kidney stones after 2 visits of complaining of kidney stone symptoms. Had blood in urine but wrote it off as dehydration. 1 month later ER visit confirmed suspicion of kidney stones. Once this was brought to his attention he discharged me as a patient as if it was MY fault. Shameful.
