Love living here. Trash pick ups are on time. Regular pest control management (never seen any), Jen at leasing office is awesome ! Joe maintenance is the best! Generally peaceful. Been here a year now :)
Disappointed that they may start charging all residents for others misbehavior when it comes to pets. No! You will charge them extra for that behind their pet fee. I do not have pets and should not have to be charged for someone else laziness. Update: I have lived here for 6 years with no problem. Jen accusation is incorrect and she comes off rude. The leasing agent was super energetic and friendly. The model I toured was really cute and spacious. You can tell she really cares about the giving the residents a great experience.
