Just want to share how much I appreciate the professionalism and dedication shown by Ms. Thompson, Ms. Irick and Mr. Henry. They make living here a true joy! Recently had a service issue that literally was responded to and fixed within minutes of being reported. Extraordinary service!
As a woman I feel very unsafe living there, my neighbors are getting their car broken into & very expensive things taken. I’m getting out as fast as I can.
Terrible place to live. Constant vehicle break ins. Theft. Drug paraphernalia. Rent increase, as well as complete lack of care or accountability in their security systems. Avoid at all costs!!
If I could give Dixon House Apartments zero stars, I would. Unfortunately, Google requires at least one star to leave a review. I hav lived in Dixon House king on two years and Dixon House is extremely overpriced compared to other apartments in the area. On top of the high rent, the electric bills through American Electric Power are outrageously high.
