There's often trash piled up at the compactor. I get a sense that the residents are unfamiliar with simple mechanical tools or able to read and follow the simple instructions. I've seen rodents in the area.
The maintenance Joseph Henry!!! Is amazing, very professional. He always fixes everything better than it was before.
I'm not sure about the actual apartments since I haven't been in one. I was only in the party house area for a birthday party & it was beautiful. Plenty of space. Everything was clean & well taken care of. There was plenty of seating & space for just about any event. They also have a nice kitchen with appliances. You can easily warm or cook food if you need to. The party I attended had a mix of children & adults of all ages & the venue was very accommodating to everyone.
