We are extremely happy with our Dixion homes build the price for what you get and what dixion includes is amazing and the fixed price contract is a great peace of mind especially for us as first home buyers/ builders. Massive thank you to all the trades and Wayne Ney who was our super he easy to deal with and always contactable for questions. All round great experience.
Our site supervisor, Wayne Ney, was excellent! We found the lack of communication from the Dixon office was frustrating, but Wayne took care of things nicely for us. Over all, the house is wonderful and we are happy to be finally in - before Christmas 2024. Wayne found out timelines for us and followed up on trades, but we did feel that the schedulers could have been more prompt/ had extra help.
DO NOT BUILD WITH DIXON HOMES!! Unfortunately I can't give a minus rating or I would. We were unlucky enough to get given Dixon by QBCC due to our original builder liquidating. Our home was a custom build with a lot of upgrades and extras. Dixon failed on almost every aspect of the build. After waiting years and needing to move in we signed for the house with paperwork from Dixon stating they would repair the issues. I recently had my house built by Dixon Homes in South Ripley, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. The construction quality is excellent, and the attention to detail is impressive. was unfortunately one of the people who had a builder go under and I was assigned Dixon Homes. Getting my keys today I couldn't be happier with the work completed by Wayne and his team. Wayne has got to be the best site super, always willing to help, keen eye for detail and willingness to get things perfect.
