Dixon has always done right by me. This includes a Saturday delivery so my tank won't go dry and keeping their prices very reasonable amidst these surging oil prices. I've also had great experiences with their technicians when I needed service. I highly recommend this company.
Actually, I’m not sure what happened. It’s been well over a month if not more that I ordered fuel oil I never received a receipt. I don’t know how much I owe owed and I’m not sure if I just got double billed but to wait that long to charge a credit card some of us live paycheck to paycheck specially in our senior years

Not sure what is happening with this company but Anna predicted I wouldnt run out of oil and i trusted her. Guess what-I ran out of oil. Then I needed emergency service which i pay extra for and the techs are so angry and hostile its pathetic. Problems are never corrected the right way the first time...whatever is going on within this company now is not good. The prices they charge are not refective in their work.
