I am completely unhappy with the service I have been provided by Dixon Facilities Management. I first contacted you on the Friday 24th of May regarding the loud banging coming from the boiler which was so load especially when running the bath. The engineer came out that day showed no real diagnostic steps and said we should try the thermistor first as its the cheapest option. Came to my rented properly to fit a cooker, was told didnt have the correct socket and would need to be changed.
