I want to say this is a great establishment, but our experience has been awful. We were told 3-4 days on my ring being sized and they would call us to pick up. Finally after almost 2 weeks we just swung by to check and it was ready, but it was sized wrong. They said they would call us that day and they didn't call. They're very professional, very kind and courteous. Truly. Soon as you walk in they make you comfortable. Prices are very reasonable! And they have a huge selection of all the diamonds you need!

Took in some gold and silver to sell. Low balling would have been an improvement. They offered me $1000 for what I took to another shop (who also got me, not as bad) and got $2300. I even kept a few of the rings these guys offered the $1000 for total. Friendly, yes. But scandless. Total scrap value of what was actually gold was over $3000.
