the service representative was very rude to me and my sister when we called, we will not be using these services.
Storm knocked down my power pole to the business, called and spoke to Pat Coats and let me tell you.....half the people told me a week to get service back, Pat had it passed for inspection and the call in to hook power back up in less than two days......I cant say enough for the above and beyond, 5 stars x 2...x3 more like it
