Absolutely horrible
My name is Mrs Morey, I had an appointment on Monday the 20th of March at 4:00 pm. I called at around 12 noon to cancel. My daughter was not going to be able to get off early. I left 2 messages with the answering service. I also spoke to this female. I mentioned my circumstances. I tried to apologize for not being able to come in. She kept talking over my head in a very hi tone manner. She was extremely rude! Not happy! What kind of person treats a perspective patient like this.
