Great place to get a complete full body intense workout. The owner Leslie & the rest of the staff are extremely knowledgeable on helping people reach their fitness goals & preventing injury.
Very nice set up, big variety of equipment, very spacious and clean place. Leslie is very knowledgeable and outgoing person. Each days workout is started with a prayer I was very impressed. If you want to start your journey in fitness and become stronger and gain your mobility back this is the place for you. Don’t miss this chance get your future you back!!!
