The Calhoun shop has nothing but condescending smart ass employees. The manager is nice and tries to be helpful. But that doesn't make up for the rest. I was a loyal customer, tired of being treated like an idiot. I will be going elsewhere.
Super nice folks at this shop! I really enjoyed myself, testing the different flavors of e-juices they had. She introduced me to the Pinup line which was awesome! Service was just like back home! I will definitely be going there when I pick up loads in Kennesaw!

Sad won't stand by products they sell ,most places give a 30 day guarantee!

Melanie, This is Dave the owner what product are you having a problem with. We do offer a 14 day return on manufacture defect. But does not cover misuse. After the 14 days you have revert back to the maker of the equipment, that is why they provide warranty. And we have been very understanding with hundreds of customers who have had problems even after the 14 days. Absolutely the best vape shop I've ever been to. The staff is really polite and fun to be around, everything is fairly priced, and they've all pretty much become like my second family. I HIGHLY recommend this store to everyone!

Today was my first time stopping in DVS. The customer service was great, and I love the Juicy Peach Juice I got with my new pen. I look forward to going back, and trying out some of the different Juices. They have hundreds to choose from.
Came in today with older mech my buddy gave me that was having issues the guys really helped me out. will be back.
