I am very displeased with this company! I called about getting a lathe repaired and was told someone would return my call. After 2 days passed and noone called, I called again, this time I was told "Steven wasn't in today, I'll have him call you tomorrow." Tomorrow came and went without a call, but being persistent I called again and finally talked with Steven. I told him what the problem was based on information from Powermatic.
