This place is a joke they take advantage of people and misrepresent laws by saying people have to be ****certified and use this so that they can use someone they know , charge you more money. This place should be investigated. From the unknowledgeable employees who attempt to intimidate who, to a building that looks as if it should be condemned.
This owner is fraudulent! Across the board! He didn't even ask for any proof of ownership before taking impound and towing fees! Once he took the money,, he then made up every unjust rule he could to deny release of the vehicle. Vehicles stolen taken to this organization charging $500 to remove vehicle from storage. Owner doesn’t care and knows about stolen vehicles entering the establishment.
