Rachael I had 2 blankets cleaned here. I dropped the blankets off in a large tote bag. Even though the blankets are clean, it took almost twice as long as originally quoted and THEY THREW MY BAG AWAY! When I asked the lady where my bag was, she said they threw it away and acted like it was no big deal. I was so mad! I told her that it was a reusable bag and I had expected it to be returned. She just offered another excuse and got back to work. I will never go back there again.
very happy with them Fast service, fast turnaround. Friendly staff, reasonable cost, never lost anything, always get out the stains. Convienent location and quick drop off. Great place
