Jackson is AWESOME 👍🏼‼️My husband is recovering from knee replacement surgery and Jackson did EVERYTHING he could so that my husband did not have to compromise his brand new knee, and my appreciation for him and his excellent service is unending, and Jackson, Thank You Sooooo Much‼️😉We will ONLY deal with Dixie RVDoctor, and if I have my way, we will only deal with Jackson….. Our camper was having some electrical issues that we could not for the life of us figure out. My husband's buddy who's an electrician even came over and spent hours trying to help us diagnose the issue to no avail. We called RV Doctor and they were able to get us in right away. They figured out what was wrong quickly and charged a very fair price for repairing it, definitely less than I expected. If we ever have an issue with our 5th wheel again, we will definitely be coming back to Dixie RV Doctor!
Dixie RV Doctor did a fantastic job! They got me in quick and they communicated with me on everything. They sent me videos and pictures of work in progress or issues they ran into. Art did a fantastic job for us. Thank You guys!!!
Dixie RV doctor was very prompt to help me on the weekend when I was without AC in my RV trying to leave town again. They took my call after hours and got me on the schedule early the next morning. I trust them and their team of knowledgeable techs. I love working with local businesses and how willing they are to help us vs the big stores. I will definitely use them in the future.
Patrick was awesome! We were camping in 107 degree temps and our AC failed. He came out, evaluated our issue, gave us a breakdown and our options. He also handled all of the technical parts with our warranty company. He brought us a new AC unit and installed it while my family was able to still enjoy our vacation without skipping a beat.
