About a week into our 3 month X-country trip in Amarillo TX we started having our roof flap in the wind. I looked to see which flex armor shop was closet along our route and fit our time frame and Patrick and his team where able to fit us in. Jaxson and Art at Dixie RV Doctor were outstanding from start to finish. Jaxson had previously fixed battery install issues caused by local dealer and because of his great work we ordered slide-out awnings through him as well. He and Art returned to install the awnings and handle multiple Jayco warranty repairs on our new trailer, including a faulty BT module, torn slide seal from the factory, and a major kitchen slide motor issue caused by a known design flaw.
