I absolutely loved the team I had. I was there in June to deliver my baby and unfortunately I loss my child due to complications at 24 weeks… The whole team that was there to help me and my fiancé were amazing and extremely helpful considering the circumstances and hard decisions that we were facing that night. They made us feel seen and heard and not once discouraged us at all. We took our daughter to the ER after she bit through her lip. A month later, we received a bill with charges tied to medication we were told was administered/prescribed during the visit. The issue is that she was never given any medication at the hospital, and the prescription they wrote was never even picked up because it wasn’t needed. I spent weeks trying to resolve this with billing and was repeatedly told nothing could be done, despite the charges being inaccurate. So impressed with the level of compassion and care my sister received when she was brought in to emergency and ICU which ended up being her final hours of life. During the difficult time of going through Hospice and and removing her from life support, the nurses, chaplain, and hospice staff were such a support to our family. Their hearts of compassion are so gratefully appreciated.
