Staff and nurse were great! The nurse came and checked on us frequently and kept us updated as I was waiting for my procedure.
This hospital is terrible. I have heard horror stories from multiple people about how the nurses mistreat patients. It’s disgusting and there should be a class action lawsuit against this hospital because nothing is actually done. I’m sure I’ll get a response to call patient advocacy which is a joke as well. They don’t do anything to fix the situations. Just sends an apology letter. I would rather risk my life driving out of state to a different hospital than to ever step foot in this hospital again.
Everyone was so amazing. They were very kind, happy and helpful.
