I am newish to the area & needed a repair pretty quick for the upcoming archery hunt. I called all over & luckily found a small shop that referred me to Dixie Powersports. BJ was awesome to work with, communicated well & got my wheeler done a day earlier than he had hoped. I highly recommend this shop
I can’t recommend BJ at Dixie Power Sports enough. Finding a mechanic you can really trust isn’t easy, but BJ goes above and beyond every time. He’s honest, straightforward, and takes the time to explain what’s going on without ever making you feel pressured or upsold. Don’t ask questions like… “how does a flat tire repair turn into a $200 service on an eBike”… and then get called “A-hole” for asking the question. Hopefully this “friend of a friend” is just having a bad day, but dang, customer beware!!! Maybe he did a “full service” maybe not… but that responds tells me everything I need to know to never recommend BJ or go back. I paid the requested amount IN FULL… on both bikes, and walked away.
Took a 1993 Honda XR250 in that was extremely difficult to start. BJ solved the issue by adjusting the chock and compression relief. Now start in 3 kick. Thank you much.
BJ is a champ, one of the best shops I have been to, honest as they come
