Excellent all around! Quick service, communication, fair price!
100% recommend Dixie Plumbing. Ashley was super responsive from start to finish, and got us on the schedule quickly. Ashley and Jason fixed the issue promptly (air control valve on the water pump) and even came back to check on it. Good price for the work and service. Will definitely call Dixie with any plumbing issues in future.
10/10. Really great service from a family run business. Was able to get on the schedule quickly. Will be calling them for all plumbing needs in the future.
I highly highly do not recommend this company. I never leave bad reviews but we have been completely screwed over by them. A water/boiler system was installed earlier this year and recently had a plumber at my house and they saw the pipes they installed are leaking glycol on the floor and that the pipes were installed completely wrong. I called, texted and emailed Dixie. I know for a fact they got the message, were given my number to call me but they never called me and now their phones are disconnected.
