10/10. Really great service from a family run business. Was able to get on the schedule quickly. Will be calling them for all plumbing needs in the future.
I highly highly do not recommend this company. I never leave bad reviews but we have been completely screwed over by them. A water/boiler system was installed earlier this year and recently had a plumber at my house and they saw the pipes they installed are leaking glycol on the floor and that the pipes were installed completely wrong. I called, texted and emailed Dixie. I know for a fact they got the message, were given my number to call me but they never called me and now their phones are disconnected. I would recommend another company if you want professional and timely work.
Sorry this took so long,but thank you so much for the great job of replacing our plumbing and new shower you installed at our cabin.we appreciate you being prompt at the times you said you would be there,even though it's not the easiest to get to.we would not hesitate to use you again.
