We were lucky to have a neighbor refer Joaquin and Dixie Painting to us. We needed the entire interior of our home refreshed with a lot of small patches on baseboards and doors. I was impressed with their punctuality and helpfulness in helping us prepare (like bringing a large piece of painted Sheetrock for us to look at in all the different light.) The absolute worst. Comes across very charming in the beginning and then the "nickel and dimming" starts after he begins the job. Despite us telling him the color we wanted for the trim and doors - he, on his own, picked a different (and cheaper brand) and of course despite the color being white - white has various shades. Then, he and his team plugged in the washer and dryer - but failed to connect the water hoses, nor did he tell us that the hoses were not connected.
