Just had a recent stay. A very comfortable, well equipped suite. A short drive to Cocoa beach and a short walk to quaint downtown Cocoa. Will recommend to friends and family.
Excellent location!! Close to beach, and Orlando and walking distance to downtown. Friendly family owned business. Great place for our family vacation. Highly recommend this for reunions
It's OK if you stay a short period of time but if you plan to stay longer they have some monthly rooms on far side across from office and there are several drunks in them and lots of drama . Rooms need up grades its an old motel.
