Don’t waste your time booking an appointment here. The girl who answers the phone and works at the desk is rude and lacks customer service. I don’t understand how a doctor office can have someone working there with minimal common sense and bad customer service skills. I should have known based on the booking process over the phone and hearing how she would speak and her responses— that to cancel and book an appt somewhere else. This is the perfect place to go when you have ininsurance or don't have insurance because they always nice welcome everyone!!May God bless you guys 🙏🙏I highly recommended this physician's office for all the old people who has Medicare! !

professional, customer service oriented and thorough. I was sent home from the emergency department, still very feverish and told to alternate tylenol and motrin, increase fluids and rest. I felt something wasn't right so I called for a emergency follow up visit and was seen by Dr Joseph. He took the time to listen to my complaint, order further testing and piece together the puzzle. BAM! appropriately diagnosed and treated. I am grateful
