We purchased equipment in May of 2023, spending quite a bit of money on several items. We waited for two months for the last item we purchased to be delivered, and got the run around that entire time until they finally did. Fast foward to May of 2025, and we had equipment break. When reaching out to the salesman, he stated that we have a 10 year warranty, so I reached out to Dixie. Alledgedly, the warranty only covers the metal parts, nothing else. I had several safety questions, which were answered throughly by Liv. She showed me pictures of what the toys would look like fully assembled. Measurements were take to ensure the 2 toy items would fit in the required areas. One castle was placed to the side and the John Deere toy was leveled and bolted down. Thank yiu so much!
Great experience! The process was simple from start to finish. Liv & Jayden were professional, kind, honest, helpful! They answered all of our questions and were patient with us as we decided on which equipment to choose. Once we chose the pieces we wanted; they cleaned the playground equipment, assembled them and moved them right onto our school playground and made sure they were secure. Absolutely loved the service provided by Liv Watson and her husband. They are for sure a dynamic duo. They arrived as scheduled and very knowledgeable about their equipment. Was very professional and you can tell LOVE what they do. I’d def order more play equipment in the future! Thank you!!!
