She knows just enough about bioidentical hormone therapy and related medicine to be dangerous.
Don't understand why it is so difficult to get a descent appointment time since you have to be fasting for yearly blood work. I'm calling in July and even into September there are no times earlier than 11 in the morning?! What the heck?! I'm her long time patient. So frustrating.
Dixie was great but her staff is the WORST. They do not relay information then blame you for their mistakes. I will discontinue services. Dr. Harms better find a new staff or she will lose business. It's to bad, really. She's a great doc but her staff's lacking attitude and work ethic stresses me out beyond necessary and beyond.
Been going for years until today……came in for head pain and Bell’s palsy. Dixie said I should not be at the office because the er said I had Covid. The er never tested me for Covid. I took a Covid test at home and that was 14 days ago. I told her the facts. She still scoffed at me and talked down to me. I was in tears. She looked in my ears and only with my urging did she agree to a prescription. I am disgusted. I would never expose others to Covid. Her lack of care is concerning as well bc I need scans. She ordered nothing.
Love Dixie! She is my favorite. So caring & genuine.
