Recently purchased Uberti Colt Dragoon- box has neat cutout for extra cylinder but no cylinder included- watched 2 videos of customer unboxing similar, both had extra cylinder...Asked Dixie multiple times to come clean, suspect they pull it out to sell it separately; no response from Dixie leads me to believe that I am correct. This is no way to do business.

We purchased a black powder revolver last year and it had 2 different things break on this gun that had to be replaced in less than a year. We had to purchase the trigger to replace from Dixie Gun Works & it got lost in the mail. We contacted Dixie to inform them & the lady told us to wait a few more days to see if it arrives. Do not order from this company! 6 weeks for shipping while they have your money. Multiple calls finally had to cancel the order. They have no idea what they are doing. And do not care about their customers. Would rather cancel the order than fill it and ship it!
