We had an appointment for an estimate on a Friday at 5:00 - not only did they not call, they didn't show - they didn't answer the number they gave us, only an ANSWERING MACHINE did and only by looking them up here did I find a cell phone number of which, by 6:00, I'm too mad to leave a message on.
