We placed an order, gave them a deposit, and they never showed up to do the work. They never did the job, won't answer the phone, and won't give us our money back.
We placed an order, gave them a deposit, and they never showed up to do the work. They never did the job, won't answer the phone, and won't give us our money back.
Took over a year to get our fence. That in itself would not have been such a big issue if communication would have been better. I understand inventory issues, but we paid up front, and there were times we couldn't get a call back for an update. That being said, Dixie fence does do quality work and their guys are professional and friendly. My fence is beautiful and I couldn't be happier with the actual work that was done
