Got here at 9am, was told my appointment was at 1pm but my load was being pulled so just park and wait for a call. Never saw an overload of trucks coming in to get loaded. It's now 245pm. Still waiting for a call. I'm done with emerald, and ruby. Both are just to slow
I don't know who gives them 5 runs, but it's a lie! They only accept by time and take a very long time to load!
Terrible place for loading 6 hrs waiting be loaded Avoid this place...
Clerk needs some people training no reason to talk to people like they are wasting your time we all have a jobs to do also I been here many times before this is my first time meeting this clerk.
Horrible. Employees here are complete lost
