I’d give a zero if it was a option can’t stand this power company two middle fingers to y’all
If I could give DEMCO A rating it would be zero especially Charlie in the payments department talk about rude wow. She actually hung up on me because I want to be reimbursed for a light no excuse me two lights. I have been paying for for over two years of course they don’t want to do this. They said I would’ve had to report that the lights were not working. I didn’t know I had to report that they would not be working. That’s stupid.

Expensive service that goes out all the time!
Never had an issue with DEMCO over the last 15 years however since the pandemic my bills has quadruple. Funny thing we’re using way less electricity natural lighting and A/C stays on 75 normally kept it lower. Also our schedule hasn’t changed being “essential”. I believe DEMCO taking advantage of this pandemic overcharging customers or rates increased. I’ll call this morning to get answers.
