Their app is awful. Service goes out with the slightest rainfall. And, even if no electricity is used in a vacant house, the bill is still $50+ & one month it was $225!!!! Rip off electric company & web site states that it’s a not for profit company….. I call that a lie.
I’d give a zero if it was a option can’t stand this power company two middle fingers to y’all
If I could give DEMCO A rating it would be zero especially Charlie in the payments department talk about rude wow. She actually hung up on me because I want to be reimbursed for a light no excuse me two lights. I have been paying for for over two years of course they don’t want to do this. They said I would’ve had to report that the lights were not working. I didn’t know I had to report that they would not be working. That’s stupid.
